Andrew Bantock has more than 30 years' experience as a leader of significant listed, private and government businesses, with an acknowledged track record in business improvement, strategy, corporate finance and commercial management.

With an established Australian and international profile at board and senior executive level, and as a business turnaround professional, Andrew has floated, operated and advised ASX, TSX and NZSE companies. He is also one of the few Australians to have successfully operated as Chief Restructuring Officer of multiple listed companies.

Andrew has extensive experience in mining, as well as infrastructure, engineering design and construction and public utilities.

As an executive and strategic advisor, Andrew has helped save and improve companies, applying his deep understanding of resources and infrastructure projects from an owner, contractor and operator perspective.

• Served as a trusted strategic advisor to multiple ASX-listed metals producers, situations range from healthy to stressed and distressed, event-driven and value-focussed
• Led the development of FTI Consulting’s value-focussed Australian mining advisory practice, which has become a market leader
• Chairs two ASX-listed companies, an offshore gold project developer and an international uranium explorer
• Managed multiple M&A and transformation programs, driving value focussed outcomes as a Chair, CEO, CFO and in Non-Executive Director (NED) roles
