Ben Atwell

Ben Atwell is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting, and is based in London. He also serves as head of the segment’s Healthcare & Life Sciences industry practice in EMEA, and is part of its Financial Communications practice.

Mr. Atwell has 20 years of experience in providing financial communications counsel to clients of all sizes — both public and private — across the biotechnology, medical technology and pharmaceutical sectors of the industry. He also has specialised expertise in clinical-data communications; cross-border transactions; fundraising communications (i.e., primary, secondary, bond issues); mergers and acquisitions (M&As); issues management; and public and regulatory affairs.
