Beverly W. Landstreet

Bev Landstreet is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory Services practice, where he is responsible for directing the research, business evaluation, strategic marketing and client relations efforts for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Landstreet’s expertise is in due diligence, market analysis, mergers and acquisitions, process redesign and sustainable operational improvement. He has more than 25 years of investment banking and consulting experience, and extensive experience in providing pre and post-closing support, including due diligence, pre-close planning, performance improvement and merger integration to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Landstreet was a Managing Director at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting), where he was responsible for developing and cultivating strategic relationships within the private equity community. He supported due diligence and operational improvement activities and provided implementation resources from target identification to exit.

Mr. Landstreet also has several years of investment banking and due diligence experience in all areas of finance, from private placements to public offerings. His M&A experience includes the trading desks at Advent and Paine Webber, and Investment Banking at Hermitage Capital. He has served in leadership positions on the National Board of the Association for Corporate Growth, as well as the New York Chapter of ACG and was Chairman of ACG Intergrowth 2006.

Mr. Landstreet is co-founder and board member of Emetry, Inc, a company that focuses on consumer intelligence in the wine industry, as well as the Founding Fish Alliance, a non-profit that focuses on protecting the forage fish populations of the Atlantic and the Gulf coasts of the United States.

Mr. Landstreet holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University.
