About Christopher
Christopher G. Molloy prepares, presents and defends against claims on behalf of general contractors, specialty contractors, owners and design professionals. Mr. Molloy has in-depth involvement in efficiently researching and analyzing facts relating to disputes and presenting them in a clear and concise manner. His areas of expertise include critical path schedule analysis, time extension requests, labor productivity analysis, damages calculations and preparation of comprehensive reports.
Mr. Molloy has considerable experience with high-rise and commercial construction projects and specializes in the analysis and impacts of design issues on labor productivity and project schedules. This includes the forensic analysis of contract drawings, shop drawings, change orders, work directives, bulletins, change orders and other contemporaneous project records that highlight and illustrate design modifications.
Mr. Molloy participates in dispute resolution forums including settlement meetings, mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has provided expert testimony at trial and in arbitration. Prior to entering the consulting field, Mr. Molloy was a project architect for a New York based architectural firm. Mr. Molloy is also a licensed attorney in New York State.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Molloy was a principal at Alliance Construction Consultants.
