Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee is a Senior Managing Director and leads Transaction Services in the San Francisco office. Mr. Lee specializes is in financial due diligence and advising on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions for private equity and corporate clients. He has more than 15 years of experience, including extensive diligence experience across the technology, software/software as a service, business services, media, industrial products, healthcare, retail and consumer goods industries, among many others.

Mr. Lee’s expertise encompasses financial due diligence, business plan and financial projection reviews, profitability analysis, cash flow modeling, purchase agreement advice and post-transaction dispute support. He has worked on deals covering the full spectrum of transaction types (e.g., buy-side, sell-side, majority/minority stakes, private investment in public equity, etc.), with valuations from less than USD$5 million to more than USD$1 billion.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Lee was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (“PwC”) Deals practice in New York and was a key member of the Technology Industry Financial Diligence group. In addition, he focused on activities in PwC’s Media & Entertainment and Private Equity Service industry groups. Before that, Mr. Lee was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Silicon Valley Technology and Venture Capital Audit group.

Mr. Lee received a dual B.A. in business management economics, with the highest honors, with a focus in accounting, and a B.A. in psychology, with honors, from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California (inactive).
