Elodie Castagna is a strategic communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in Australia and Europe. Elodie develops communication strategies for a wide range of companies encompassing the Investor Relations and ESG sectors.

As a communications expert, Elodie builds awareness and support for companies by ensuring that their visions and objectives are understood and effectively expressed to their stakeholders.

Working with a range of resources firms in Australia as well as various companies worldwide, Elodie specialises in the intersection between investor relations and ESG. Her proven ability to incorporate ESG strategy development and reporting to align with a company’s wider business objectives adds value to each of her professional engagements.

With a passion for sustainability and environmental health, Elodie is the Communications Officer for the United Nations Environment Committee in Western Australia. In this role, she creates strategies and initiatives to engage industry, business, local government and the general public on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”).

Elodie is fluent in Italian, English and French and is conversational in Spanish.

• Establishing sustainability reporting process and communication programs for mining and resources engagements
• ESG report preparation according to the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) Standards framework.
• Advising Mining & Resources firms and respective C-Suites on integrating ESG principles to meet needs of capital market stakeholders; overseeing ESG strategy at the Board and management team level
