Our Italy team works with corporates, lenders and financial sponsors both in-country and across EMEA to provide business transformation, turnaround and restructuring advisory services to clients. Our leadership team have extensive experience in working with clients across the value lifecycle, to address their most complex operational, financial and strategic challenges. We also have direct experience of working across a number of interim roles (chief transformation officer, chief finance officer, chief restructuring officer) to provide support to corporate clients when needed, and to work alongside existing management teams.

Having worked in both consulting and industry roles, our team has significant industrial (consumer goods and retail, industrial goods, automotive, ship building, pharma and healthcare, energy and utilities) and functional (supply chain and logistics, HR and organisation redesign, manufacturing) expertise.
