Satish Damodaran specializes in delivering transformative solutions, solving a wide range of complex supply chain issues by leveraging more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience. Satish brings unique expertise, having successfully navigated the intricacies of discrete and continuous process industries across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Satish supports clients in navigating volatility while bolstering their capabilities for near-term operational agility and longer-term business resilience. His areas of expertise include smart manufacturing operations, smart maintenance, supply chain planning and inventory management.

Some of Satish’s key accomplishments include leading more than ten multiyear operational turnarounds of global companies across multiple sectors and delivering sustainable value, as well as designing and helping implement new supply chains for multiple organizations, including a division of a large automotive original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”), the parts maintenance organization of an airline and a new B2C/B2B/e-commerce consumer packaged goods (“CPG”) business.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Satish spent 12 years at Deloitte, where he served large Fortune 500 clients in supply chain and manufacturing operations practice. He has also led the turnaround of an automotive Tier-1 supplier serving six major automotive OEMs by reducing their manufacturing footprint and improving quality, supplier relations and productivity.
