William Clogg

Bill Clogg has more than 25 years of professional experience, including extensive expertise across corporate finance, financial planning and analysis and financial reporting.​

Mr. Clogg is experienced at leading due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions, and he currently leads the firm’s Divestitures, Carve-outs & Recapitalizations platform. He has a strong track record of performance in business transformation situations (e.g., merger integrations, carve-outs and post-deal restructuring, etc.) and delivering improvements to operations, profitability and cash flow.​

Mr. Clogg has provided a range of transaction services, including financial due diligence, business plan modeling and reviews, merger integration and restructuring, acquisition accounting advice, post-deal integration assessments and validation of merger synergies. His expertise includes working with U.S. and internationally based businesses and private equity firms. Mr. Clogg has significant cross-border experience, having led engagements in more than 20 countries.​

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Clogg was a Director in the Transaction Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the U.S. and Europe. Before that, Mr. Clogg was the Controller and Treasurer for a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, which grew from $600 million to more than $2 billion in revenue through mergers and acquisitions.
