For an international customer, BIBA|CS organized two waves of an explorative User Experience research with technical and sales personnel of garages specialized in tire exchange.

The objective of these expert interviews was to understand the experience and future requirements with regards to a piece of specific technical equipment. In particular, our experienced interviewer explored customers expectation towards packaging, handling and sell-in/argumentative support.

BIBA|CS delivered a concise report of the installation and handling process, which helped the customer to draw a picture of the current business environment in Poland which became an essential part of the commercial strategy.
