As a part of our ongoing business relationship, the customer commissioned an extensive research project which aimed to create a base understanding of expectations about the product category and shed light on brand perception. Additionally, BIBA|CS delivered cross-country shopper trends and helped to identify the leading retail chains to reach the targeted shoppers.  

Together with our strategic panel partner, the project was rolled out across Slovakia, Russia, Germany, Austria and England and became part of the strategic market planning for the following year. Furthermore, selected themes became essential for delivering a tailored Shopper Marketing training conducted by BIBA|CS.
