The principal objective of the project was to successfully engage with Modern Trade customers and showcase the new international portfolio (including lemonades, waters, gin-based RTDs, alc. free malt beverage and craft beers).  

BIBA|CS analyzed internal and external market data, screened the market for relevant consumer and category trends and created an insight-based and well-designed sell-in story.

The final document was tailored to the new corporate identity and included practical placement and merchandising recommendation based on real planograms. Our work helped the local sales team to step up the game.
